For nearly 20 years we have been specialising in point of sale delivery and installation. These displays are often delicate and and expensive and we deliver and assemble them without damage, wherever our clients need them, all over Australia. While we are proud of our reputation, we don't just make promises and prefer to deliver first and talk later.

While we have some very big businesses as customers and have sophisticated systems we are family owned and have a flat management structure. That means if you have any problem you can still go straight to the top and call Russell Sim and know that any issue will get sorted out fast.

Every part of our business has been purpose built to make us leaders in transporting, assembling and installing merchandising displays.

A fleet of late model trucks and a strict attitude to maintenance to ensure mechanical reliability. All our trucks have air ride suspension and hydraulic tail loaders to minimise the possibility of damage to displays and maximise safety.

Special lifting equipment that we have developed ourselves that enables our people to safely lift and manoeuvre displays weighing hundreds of kilograms on stairs and in awkward spaces.

Experienced staff, who have been with us a long time and who work with the â€œnear enough is not good enoughâ€ attitude that we run our business with.

That experience also comes down to local knowledge. Knowing where every loading dock is, knowing their times of operation so you only have to go there once and having the required OH & S induction for their site.

We are also very strict on safety, are proud of our perfect Workcare record. Our staff have a range of accreditations to enter different areas - such as White Card to enter building sites etc.

Our History

What started as a furniture removal business over 50 years ago has transformed into a successful point of sale delivery and installation service. This was natural progression due to the many years of handling delicate or awkward items where damage was not an option as it is not with your critical merchandising displays.

It all started when we had a call from someone who had to move a critical merchandising display upstairs where the only access was a spiral staircase. If that wasn't enough the item was 2.1 metres long, 1.8 metres high and weighed 300kg! They were desperate as no one else wanted to touch it. After years of moving delicate and big things from chandeliers to pianos, we just took it on the way we would any other job and step by step, lifted it up the stairs and put it where the client wanted it without damage.

Their appreciation led to another phone call and from there the merchandising display installation aspect of our business was underway. Many years and a lot of investment in training and equipment later we are an established specialist in point of sale delivery and installation and are often approached by display designers and manufacturers to partner with them on delivery and assembly of their products. However much our systems and technology might have changed, we still run our business the way we always have - in a family and direct way. That means that you can still talk direct to the boss if there is a problem and that our team members will always go the extra mile. Many have been with us a long time and we train and respect them as trusted members of this same family.
